Quality Control
We inspect at three points: incoming components, in-line assembly (motors, temperature control and circuit safety) and pre-shipment random checks. Test records from our own QC process are shared with buyers; third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
Delivery & Lead Time
Stock models ship in 25–35 days after deposit confirmation; OEM / ODM orders with custom branding or packaging in 30–45 days. Goods are loaded at Ningbo port under FOB / CIF terms, and the exact date is stated in the proforma invoice.
Payment Terms
T/T (telegraphic transfer) for standard orders. L/C (letter of credit) accepted for large-volume contracts. Deposit and balance details are confirmed per order.
Brand Customization (OEM / ODM)
Logo silk-screen printing and laser engraving; custom packaging, product manuals and boot-screen branding; colorway and configuration tweaks for your target market.
Sampling Service
Samples are ready in 3–7 days for stock models. Sample charge is at unit price plus courier cost (freight collect) and is refunded against your first bulk order — so you can verify quality before committing.
MOQ & Trial Orders
Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU. First-time buyers can start with a trial order from 10 cartons, and mixed SKUs are welcome.
Product Adaptation
Tell us your market and channel — we adapt existing models for local requirements: voltage and plug standards, packaging language, control-panel labeling and gift-box design.
